Very nice hotel with excellent rooms and amenities. I would without a doubt stay there again if I go back to Rome.

Very nice contact with owners. Room was perfect.

The staff was very friendly and accomadating. The owner actually made our family a wonderful dinner because we did not want to go back out into the city. They arranged cab transfers to the city and to the airport as well. Everything was easy and comfortable. Initially it seemed the the hotel was far from anything but a 10 minute cab ride will get you to the town of Frascati which is a great day, as well as to the Ciampino airport.

The facilities seem a bit dated but for the price I think that it was well worth it. I really do not have any complaints about the hotel!

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. We were provided breakfast every morning and also the rooms were very well kept and clean. The area which the hotel is situated is very peaceful and there a great views of the countryside and the mountains.

When we originally booked the hotel the information said that the hotel was close to the centre. However, you have to take a bus and a metro which takes up to an hour to actually arrive into the centre of Rome. That being said the transport links are good and cheap. Also the hotel could do with a computer and internet and also an airport pick up and drop off service to save being charged ridiculous amounts by the taxi drivers at the airports. Information about bus routes, etc could also be provided to provide a less stressful stay.

I never figured out the breakfeast time.

Only facts: 1. We were offered a room that was terrible and looked like a prison room that we couldn't accept. So the owner decided to show us another room that was much more comfortable. 2. We were provided with no information about breakfast hours and next day we were refused a breakfast after few minutes late. 3. Anyway, the breakfast was very poor (buiscuits with jam). 4. Only one person speaks (hardly) English.
